Finally! Uploaded a bunch of pics to our Flickr photo album today (see sidebar for link). We are in Kampala and the internet is quicker here.
Danny will be on the motorbike tomorrow for rough road training.
We will be in Kampala all this week but next week will be out in the country with NO internet...boo hiss...

The pictures are brilliant Annie - I find myself looking at them and mentally saying to myself "So THAT'S what Africa looks like" - even after countless nature and news programmes showing the exact same continent (and in some cases the same country), yet because the photos are posted by someone I know, it all suddenly becomes real and not just moving pictures in the box in the corner of the room.
Thank you for that, it makes all the difference

Love the pictures, those beans look so pretty with all the different pastel colours. They're like Easter beans! It just absolutely amazes me how green it is there. When I think of Africa, I think of dry dusty desert. Take care and early Happy Thanksgiving to you both!!!
Cant see the pics on phone but will look later at home. Say when you get Internet access at home will you be able to download audiobooks if I send them?
