Yeah! Can order from Amazon!

Don't know why I didn't check before, but last week I wondered if I could order from Amazon.co.uk and have it delivered here. I was surprised to find that I could - it couldn't be a used book from the Marketplace sellers, but I can order new books - or other items.

So I ordered a book and it arrived after just one week. Of course the shipping fee is triple, but I don't care!

Yes, but the $64,000 question is: will it arrive there? And if so, how long will it take and will it survive?

I think FedEx and Amazon will deliver just about anywhere on the planet these days! It's fantastic!

BTW .. you might want to look into smaller speakers rather than larger; Bose and others (like Kenwood) make small speakers that are amazingly powerful, and they hook up to radios, stereos, TVs and PCs. Amazon sells speakers too :)

So far, so good. The first order made it here safely in one week--the first in the Outlander series by Gabaldon. So I'm taking another gamble and have ordered 2 photography books.

I won't take chances with anything expensive though...not after what happened to a certain package that was mutilated!

Will check on speakers next time we are in the capitol.

So, do you have a wish list - wink?
